BID EXPRESS® Digital ID Policy  
    

Internet bid submission via the Bid Express service requires that users acquire a Bid Express Digital ID and enable that ID in order to submit bids.

If the user wishes to submit bids to separate agencies, a separate Digital ID is needed for every agency to which the user wishes to submit a bid.

The Digital ID needs to be enabled and working at least 48 hours prior to the letting date.

The process to acquire and enable a Digital ID takes a minimum of three (3) to five (5) business days.

Any breakdown in this process results in a delay in enabling a Digital ID.

The application must be submitted to Bidx.com in original hardcopy form in order to acquire, enable, and/or replace a Digital ID. Bidx.com will accept notice by facsimile to turn off a Digital ID.

Should the user make a mistake on the application for a Digital ID, the user must correct and resubmit the entire application in hardcopy form.
