Updated Subscriber Agreement
Dear Bid Express Member:
Bidx.com, Inc. (Bidx.com) notifies you per the terms of Section 4 of the Bid Express Subscriber Agreement (Agreement) that we have made changes to the Agreement and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Agreement changes: we removed an obsolete reference to the Terms of Service in paragraphs 1 and 5.b of the Agreement and we made changes to paragraph 5.c.
Acceptable Use Policy: we added the following action to the list of inappropriate and prohibited actions: "Using the Service to resell, remarket, repackage or redistribute any portion of the Service or offer these services to others."
