Description: This federally funded contract is comprised of two projects. The work of Project CFAPT00699 includes construction of the Ground Transportation Lobby (GTL) cascading escalators enclosure replacement and includes replacing glass superstructure over cascading escalators with a glazed enclosure, an insulating, waterproof roofing system, and replacement of selected HVAC system components. The work of project CFAPT00748 includes replacing automatic doors, replacing metal ceilings, upgrading mechanical systems, replacing light fixtures and other associated work.
