Description: This state funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary de3sign and construction services to provide code required upgrades and architectural, electrical, mechanical and civil renovations to the DOT&PF Seward Meridian building in Wasilla, Alaska. The Design-Builder may elect to provide up to one (1) Owner described enhancement as part of their proposal which will be scored as part of the proposal evaluation.
