This project is a preventative maintenance project on the
Haines Highway from Allen Road to Mile Point 0.7. The
project would resurface the roadway and associated
driveways, install proposed culverts and drainage
structures, perform subbase repairs on selected roadway
areas, construct valley gutter to collect and convey
surface runoff to proposed underground drainage
improvements, reconstruct ADA compliant curb ramps within
the project limits, replace sidewalk at selected areas, and
install new striping and traffic signs.This project is
necessary for pavement rehabilitation and to reduce
maintenance cost.
