If you are requesting a sponsored account from your agency, click Request SBN in the Also Available section of the agency home page to start the request process. The Bid Express service takes you to the Bid Express SBN/DBE Account Request form.
Follow these instructions if you do not yet have a Bid Express account.
Enter your company information on the Bid Express SBN/DBE Account Request form. Any field marked with an asterisk is required.
If you are a certified disadvantaged business enterprise, select the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise check box.
Click request account.
The Bid Express service displays a message saying your request has gone through and to wait for the approval email.
Follow these instructions if you already have a Bid Express account.
Verify your company information on the form and select the agency from which you are requesting the account. If you are a certified disadvantaged business enterprise, select the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise check box. Click request account.
If your account subscription is not up to date, you will be directed to the Manage Services page to update your account information. You will receive an email message once your request is sent to the agency.
The agency can approve or deny your request. You will be sent an email with the response. The agency might provide a reason if your request was denied, and you will be able to request another account by following the same instructions as before.
Once your Bid Express Small Business Network account is approved, click the link provided in the approval email to log in. If you have never logged in to the Bid Express service, enter the password sent in the approval email in the Bid Express Password field the first time you log in and click login. The Bid Express service takes you to the Change Password page. Please change your password and click save. The Bid Express service takes you to the My Bidx page.
The My Bidx page uses the information you entered in the account request to fill in account information and subscribes you to Small Business Network notifications.
Start using the Bid Express Small Business Network by clicking on the Small Business Network tab. You will also have access to the Bid Express basic service.
