When a letting is uploaded to the Bid Express® service, it is not visible to contractors until the Visible Letting date. You can manually make a letting visible, and you can hide a visible letting.
You can make a letting immediately visible from the Manage Lettings page.
Select Manage Lettings, Proposals and Bids in the Letting and Vendor Data section of the Manage Agency page. This brings you to the Manage Lettings page.
Select Hidden in the status column for the letting you wish to make visible. The Bid Express service changes the status to Visible.
To set a time to make a letting visible, use the Edit Visible Date function.
Select Manage Lettings, Proposals and Bids in the Letting and Vendor Data section of the Manage Agency page. This brings you to the Manage Lettings page.
Select Visible in the status column for the letting you wish to hide. The Bid Express service changes the status to Hidden.
