When a prime contractor responds to an unsolicited sub-quote, the Bid Express® service changes the status to View Prime Response. If you have the notifications set up, the Bid Express service also emails you that you received a response.
Click View Prime Response from the Unsolicited Sub-quotes section of the Bid Express Small Business Network® subcontractor page. The Bid Express service takes you to the View Responses page and lists the contractor name, company, and contact information, plus the date of the response.
Click the View Response link to open the Message Center and see the details of the response.
