Withdraw and Republish a Sub-quote Request

As a prime contractor, you can withdraw a sub-quote request after it is published, even if there are replies. If it is republished, the reply does not get deleted.

Withdraw

To withdraw a sub-quote request:

1. Access the Prime Contractor View on the Small Business Network^® tab if you are not already there.

2. Click Withdraw for the sub-quote request you wish to withdraw.

3. Click ok in the withdraw confirmation window.

The Bid Express^® service withdraws your sub-quote request. A withdrawn request can still be viewed by subcontractors, though they cannot respond to it.

Republish

To republish a withdrawn request:

1. Access the Prime Contractor View on the Small Business Network tab if you are not already there.

2. Click Publish.

3. Click ok in the publish confirmation window.
