Lettings are not visible to contractors until the Visible Date has passed. You can set the visibility time when you create the letting or use the default time from the Manage Agency Settings page.
If you need to change the Visible Date, open the letting and select Edit Visible Date from the Manage Lettings page. The Bid Express service opens the Edit Letting page.
Click in the Make Letting Visible On field and select the date and time you wish to make the letting visible. Click save. The Bid Express service changes the Visible Date and returns you to the Manage Letting page.
If you wish to change the Visible Date after a letting has been made visible, you must first hide the letting.
