Forgot Your Password

If you lost or forgot your Bid Express® password, use the Password Reset to change it.  This function does not work for Infotech® Digital IDs.  You can reset your password from either the Bid Express home page or from the Login link on the agency's home page.

From the Bid Express home page:

  1. On the Bid Express home page, click Forgot your password?  The Bid Express service brings you to the Password Reset page.

  2. Enter your Bid Express email address (the one you use to log in) in the Email field and click submit.  

The Bid Express service sends an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

From the agency home page:

  1. On the Bid Express home page, select your agency in the Select an Agency list and click go.

  2. Click Login in the upper right corner.

  3. Click Forgot your password?  The Bid Express service brings you to the Password Reset page.

  4. Enter your Bid Express email address (the one you use to log in) in the Email field and click submit.  

The Bid Express service sends an email to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
