Inbox - Administration

System messages that require your attention are sent to your Inbox. Notifications about these messages are also sent to your agency email address. Messages include updates when the Bid Express® service processes plan sheets or when a contractor creates or updates its Digital ID information. Messages can be deleted, moved, or marked as read or unread.

  1. Click the Messages icon in the upper right corner of the Bid Express page or select the Inbox if you are already in the message center.

  2. Click the message to view its contents. Links in the message only work in your email.

  3. When you are finished, click My Message Center in the navigation trail in the upper left corner to return to the message center.
