Use the Message Center to keep track of the message you send to contractors and the messages the Bid Express software sends to contractors for you, such as when new lettings are posted or proposals are withdrawn. You cannot control the Bid Express® system messages.

Messages can be filed in different mailboxes. Incoming messages are stored in your Inbox and message sent by you are kept in your Sent Messages folder. Messages sent by the Bid Express service to your subscribers are kept in the System Messages folder. You can move any message to any mailbox.
To get to the message center, click the Messages icon in the upper right corner of the Bid Express page. To change mailboxes, click the mailbox name on the left.
When you no longer need a message in any of your mailboxes, it can be deleted. You cannot retrieve a message that has been deleted.
Select the message's check box. You can select more than one message at a time.
Click delete.
Click ok in the delete confirmation window or click cancel to return to the mailbox without deleting your message.
If you click ok, the Bid Express service deletes the selected messages and returns you to your mailbox.
You can move your messages into any mailbox.
Select the message's check box. You can select more than one check box at a time.
Click the down arrow next to the Move To... field.
Select the mailbox where you'd like the message moved. The Bid Express system moves the messages into the selected folder.
You can mark your messages as read or unread. The number of unread messages in a mailbox is displayed next to the mailbox name.
Select the message's check box. You can select more than one check box at a time.
Click the down arrow next to the Mark As... field.
Select Read or Unread.
