Reactivate Your Bid Express® Account

You can reactivate your Bid Express account after it's been canceled.  

When you reactivate your account, you must pay all outstanding billing costs.  You must also reapply for an Infotech® Digital ID, including paying the fee and submitting original paperwork by mail.

  1. Reactivate your account by entering the email address and password of the previous account. The Bid Express service opens the Manage Services page.

  2. Select your services and click save.  The Bid Express serviced opens the Credit Card Information page so you can update your card information and pay for the selected Bid Express services.

  3. Once this is done, open the Bid component and remove any old Digital ID information.

  4. Follow the process in the Bid Express service to create a new Digital ID.
