Registering for a Bid Express® Account

Register for a Bid Express account to take part in what Bid Express has to offer. A generic email address is best if multiple people from your business will be using the service.

To register for a Bid Express account:

  1. From the Bid Express home page, either click Subscribe Now! from the Order drop down list. The Bid Express service brings you to the Account Information page.

  2. Enter your primary email address in the Email field and press the tab key. This email address will be used as your Bid Express login name.

  3. Enter a password for your Bid Express account in the Password field.  It must be at least eight characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one symbol. Press tab.

  4. Click the down arrow in the Referred By field and select the agency that referred you to the Bid Express service. If you were not referred by an agency, select one to which you will be submitting bids.

  5. Read the Subscriber Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the DCMA Policy, and select the option stating that you have read and agree to them. You can also select the option to receive the latest Infotech information.

  6. Click submit. The Bid Express service sends a confirmation email to the address entered in the Email field.  Follow the instructions in the email to continue your Bid Express registration. If the email opens in a browser other than Microsoft Edge, copy the link and paste it into Microsoft Edge.

  7. Enter your password in the Password field and click activate.  The Bid Express service takes you to the Bidding Services page. If you do not remember your password, click Forgot your password. The Bid Express service will send an email to your primary email address with instruction on how to reset your password.
