Infotech® Digital IDs and Requests to Bid

In order to bid with the Bid component of the AASHTOWare Project Bids™ module, you will need a user profile in the AASHTOWare Project Bids Bid component, an approved Infotech® Digital ID, and an approved request to bid with the selected agency. The Digital ID approval process may take between 7 to 10 business days. You will need your bidder ID.

Every employee who will be submitting bids needs their own profile, Digital ID, and an approved to request to bid with each agency.

If you're using Microsoft Edge as your web browser, you must enable the ClickOnce setting in order to create a Digital ID. You must also be using the version of Edge made possible by the Chromium open source project (if your computer automatically updates Edge when there's a new version, then you have the right one).

  1. Enter edge://flags/#edge-click-once into the Edge browser and press Enter.

  2. Click Disabled, and select Enabled.

  3. You'll be prompted to restart your browser. Click Restart.
